Rural Holiday Retreats comprises of a converted Barn, Stable, Hayloft
and Tackroom.and is ideally situated to cater for summer holidays
as well as short stay winter breaks
All units are English Tourist Board inspected and we are rated 4 stars.
It is in an acre of its own grounds, ( which our guests have
full use of ) with magnificent views of the Isle
of Wight and the famous Godshill church, yet it is only three minutes
walk to the local shop, pubs and restaurants. |

Just around the corner
from Glebelands Rural Holiday Retreats is the highly acclaimed restaurant,
"Essex Cottage".
Within easy walking distance is the "Cask and Taverners",
which serves a magnificently kept pint of real ale, and is one of
a number of pubs on the Isle of Wight to be awarded a AA rosette for
the quality of it's food. 200 yards further along stands the recently
refurbished "Griffin Family Pub" - good food, welcoming
atmosphere and they've even got a maze!
There are also lots of tea gardens and good quality gift shops nearby,
but when you are at the rural retreat of Glebelands, you are in a
world of peace and tranquility. You wouldn't believe all this activity
was happening just around the corner. |

Retreat is also wonderfully situated to cater for short stay winter
breaks - with the Isle of Wight being less than 2 hours from London
it is an ideal hideaway to chill out for 3 or 4 days - visit the local
pubs and restaurants, enjoy the conviviality of the locals, at a time
of the year when discerning guests appreciate the qualities of the
beautiful Isle of Wight |
